Walkthrough. The player will have to lockpick the chest each day, and wait 24 hours for the next gift. Because the player can keep coming back to the chest as much as they want, the quest never truly ends.

If he sets off, give chase, and see if you can cut him off by going off the path - as he'll stick to the streets. You can also try throwing rocks or bricks at him to slow him down.
