A live event in Destiny 2 took place on Novem at 9:50 PM ET. In it, the mysterious Traveler that gives the Guardians their Light healed itself from the damage it sustained during the base game's Red War campaign.

Why is the traveler broken?

Dominus Ghaul attempted and failed to win the Traveler's approval and make him into a Guardian, and simply took the Light by force. When he gloated in front of the Traveler, the Traveler suddenly broke its cage and destroyed Ghaul, as well as slowly healing itself by drawing fragments back into itself.

I think this is why Keqing is called "weak" because her builds rely on Electro more then Fischl and definitely Razor.
