Monte Carlo is a random drop from Exotic Engrams. It's as simple as that, but this will make it a painful farm for many unlucky Guardians. There's a chance for golden Exotic Engrams to drop from virtually any kill you make, but it's rather slim.

In order to get your hands on Weapon Ornaments, you can find them from two places:
- Dropping at random when opening a Bright Engram mystery box.
- Purchased with Bright Dust from Eververse's inventory if it's on sale that week.
How can I get brighter dust fast?
Now, you can earn Bright Dust in the following ways:
- Finishing Vanguard bounties.
- Finishing Crucible bounties.
- Finishing Gambit bounties.
- Seasonal event bounties.
- Engrams that have cosmetics.
How much is bright dust?
Bright Dust, the free currency used to purchase items in the Eververse store, is being relocated and ultimately reduced in Beyond Light. The free rewards for the 100 seasonal ranks will now offer 7,500 Bright Dust, and the paid season pass will add 3,000 to the pot.
What do you do with Eververse engrams?
Bright Dust, Destiny 2's cosmetic Currency, is obtained either a) directly from Eververse engrams, or b) by dismantling items obtained from Eververse engrams. It can be used to purchase cosmetic items directly as well as Fireteam Medallions, Boons of the Vanguard, and Boons of the Crucible.
