No it doesn't allow said weapon to be considered magical. The Pact of the Blade feature that allows you to conjure any weapon you might desire is innately magical as is. So in that sense, though these features synergize well, the Hex Warrior's effect still isn't the cause of it being magical.
Can your Hexblade be your pact weapon?

Does hex stack with Eldritch Blast?
Technically the Relentless Hex damage isn't part of the Eldritch Blast, but it would stack with everything else. The total damage, assuming 2 hits, would be 2d10 + 2d6 + 12, or anywhere from 16 to 44 HP of damage per round. Relentless Hex is a teleport.
Does hex damage double on crit?
Hex: "you deal an extra 1d6 necrotic damage to the target whenever you hit it with an attack." These use pretty much the same wording, "you deal an extra 1d6 damage." And Sneak Attack has been confirmed to double on a crit. Poison (and other damage bonuses) depends on how the attack works.

Yes. Hex damage is effected by crits just like smite, sneak attack, superiority dice, etc.

When you cast a bonus action spell (such as Hex) the only other spell you can cast that same turn is a cantrip with a casting time of one action (such as Eldritch Blast). Hex is intended to be cast right before Eldritch Blast during the same turn.
Can you use 2 Cantrips in a turn?
You cannot cast two cantrips during one action. That's why many cantrips scale as you level. To further explain what you read, if you cast a spell as a bonus action, you can only use your action to cast a cantrip.
